This focus course is aimed at those who want to learn more about the Administration Tool. The course is of a “HandsOn” nature, which means that you will get to work in the 2c8 Modeling Tool during the course.
The purpose of the course is for you to gain an understanding of the Administration Tool. During the course, you will learn how to create and change settings in the configuration and application profile. Configurations are applied to the repository to make it easier for users in the repository to model in a similar way. Application profiles control which functions should be available in the 2c8 Modeling Tool (restrictions in the application).
The Adminstration Tool is for those users who should have an administrative role in the 2c8 Modeling Tool and have the ability to decide which objects, models and functions should be available in the 2c8 Modeling Tool.
