If you get the following error message:
- Check that you have a working internet connection.
- If the server was added manually, go to “Tools – Settings” and the “Servers”:
- Doubleclick the server and check that hostname, http-port and the “Use SSL” settings are correct.
- If the server is a customer internal server, check with your IT if there is any problems with the server (is it up and running?)
- If the server is hosted by 2c8, contact our support.
